The suites’ service operations are new to most of you, and it may also be a bit confusing.
So here’s a few frequently asked questions and the answers to get you on the right track. If you have an additional question that’s not available here , you can shoot an email by filling out the form below.
Where is the salon Located?
The salon is located at the Parkade, Edward and Queen Street Port of Spain Trinidad.
What are your hours of Operation?
The salon is hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm. Friday and Saturday 8am-7pm.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for you as the salon is located on the ground floor of the UPark Parkade Plaza.
Do you accept "Walk ins"
Unfortunately, No walk in clients arae accepted at this time. The salon operates by appointments only. For new clients a consultation and a deposit is required.
As a new client, how do i book an appointment?
As a new client, you are required to do a detailed consultation before booking an appointment. You can book a consultation appointment by calling 868-315-9439.
What is a Consultation and why is it necessary?
A consultation is a service offered to properly assess new clients. It is used to analyze current situations and suggest solutions or ways to best achieve the desired outcome. Our consultation process is unique, during your appointment we will not only discuss our concerns in detail to include condition, mainatenance, available options, but we will also do various tests (according to service) to make sure that you have no allergies or reactions to the products used.
Do i have to do the consultation?
The consultation is mandatory to ensure quality service. No consultation + No Deposit = No appointment.
Can i book the consultation and have my service done on the same day?
Unfortunately no. Consultation appointments should be booked at least 3 days prior to your desired appointment date.
Can consultations be done over the phone?
All consultations are done in person at the salon suite. This is for proper assessment and to ensure that you get what you desire.
How do i book the consultation and is there a cost ?
Consulatations can be booked by calling 868-315-9439 or 868-786-0790. You can also book by clicking Here.
Please note that appointments for consultations are from Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm. (No Friday or Saturday appointments) Consultation cost $100tt. Your deposit is aslo $100tt and is not included in the consultation cost.
Do you do starter locks?
Yes, I do offer starter locks services. Prices for this service will vary by length, size and method desired by the client to start. Exact prices will be given after a detailed consultation.
Do you do loc repair?
Yes i do offer lock repairs at the suite. Prices for repairs will vary and will only be given after detailed consultation.
Do you do Natural Hair styles and treatments?
Yes i do offer services for naural hair. You can view the services offered here
Do you offer hair coloring services?
Yes, hair color is on our service menu. However, a consult is needed for this service to make sure that the hair is in optimal health to continue with the proceedure.
Do you do braids?
Yes i do offer braiding at the suite.
Do yo do hairstyles for kids
Yes, i do offer locks, natural hairstyles and hair treatment services for kids.
Do yo do Microlocs?
Yes, i do offer services for microlocs both starter and retwist maintanance.
What are Microlocs?
Microlocs, as the name suggests are tiny locs (smaller than traditional locs) that consists of a loc count of 130 to 300+ (depending on hair density) locs. Microlocs are a great way to achieve having locs wthouth the bulk and weight of traditional locs.
What is the difference between Microlocs and Sisterlocs?
The difference between microlocs and sisterlocs is in the techniuqe,installaiton and hair parting. Sisterlocs is trademarked and have a intricate system to their methods.
With microlocs you can start your journey with coils, twists, or braids and no specific grid pattern for parting is neccessary.
How do I book an Appointment for Microlocs?
All appointments at the suite requires a detailed consultation. you can book a consultation by calling 868-315-9439.
Do you offer Acrylic nails and pedicure services?
Yes. Nail enhancements and pedicure services are offered at the suite.
Do I need a consultation for nail and pedicure services?
Yes, i do offer consultation services for nail appointments. Consultation services are mandatory for all services as most clients have different lifestyles, allergies and special needs and it is important to get a service to suit these dynamics.
