The hair consultation is a service offered to properly assess new clients for best results. From hair density, scalp and hair issues, natural hair styles, starter locks plus more.
A hair consultation is also reccomended when considering changing your hair colour. A consultattion for hair colour is just as important, as you will get insight to the process, and you will be guided based on the colour you desire.
All information collected at the consult is used to suggest solutions and the best optins to achieve the desired outcome for you.

Lash consultation $100
Everyone wants to wake up with gorgeous lashes. Fortunately, I can make this a reality for you with Lash Extensions or a Lash lift.
Lash sevices are amazing. However, because of different clients’ allergies and sensitivity to products, a patch test must be done three (3) days prior to your lash appointment, to make sure that you have no reactions.
This test is included in your Consultation along with choosing a lash style and curl best suited for your set.

At the suite, a wide range of nail enhancements are offered, and,with the wide range of clients with different lifestyles, allergies and special needs. It is important to choose a nail enhancement to suit these dynamics.
Simply put, acrylic nails aren’t for everyone, but you do have other options.

Policies
* For Consultattions, you are required to book an appointment. This appointment must be scheduled 3-5 days before the desired appointment date.
*Your consultation apppointment is 30 minutes long, therefore, you will need to be ontime. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
*No guests are allowed with you at your appointment. Please come alone.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment your are required to do so 24 hours before the appointment date. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment once.
*Failure to cancel or reschedule within the time frame given will lead to a forfeiture of your payment.

Deposits & Payments
* Your consultation fee and your deposit fees are seperate payments.
*For your consultation,a full payment must be made within 24 hours after booking or your apppointment will be cancelled.
*After your appointment, if you wish to book a service, you are required to pay a deposit of $100tt. This deposit is deducted from your overall service cost, which you will get after your detailed consultation.
*The deposit fee must be paid when booking a service or your appointment will not be booked.
